It’s probably a bit late for posting this movie recommendation – but it just came into german cinemas so that’s why this movie is totally new for me!
“I Am Legend” is a brand-new movie featuring Will Smith and a near Sci-Fi future not many years ahead. A disease has caused humans to mutate and go mad. Will Smith a.k.a Robert Neville is immune to this disease and as the last human on earth, tries to survive!
I won’t go into many more details but I can tell you, I love this movie! This movie is something different to the standard boring action money-makers (which I love as well) – which it makes it well worth watching.
So, If you haven’t seen this movie yet, then go ahead and watch it! It’s just a great movie. Great soundtrack and fascinating plot.
Recently I have discovered this effects library called jQuery. It allows you to call advanced functions from the jQuery scripts without much coding that you write yourself.
If you really want to see what these scripts can do, then check out the jQuery demos.
Since this is such a great library, I thought I’d do a collection of tutorials showing all sorts of nice things. Today we are going to look at how to create a jQuery script to dynamically scroll the window back to the top if a link is clicked. This can also be used for anchors of any kind. It just makes this “in-page” linking much more attractive.
Not sure what I’m talking about it? Click here.
Note: Apparently the link only works perfectly if you are on a page where there is not ability to post a comment. I haven’t fixed this issue yet – but I will soon do so!
I will focus on adding this to Wordpress but the method can also be applied for anything else.
We’ll start on the next page.

News and iMap.
Long time since I last posted … but I have been extremely busy doing lot’s of unnecessary stuff (and still am busy). I haven’t really had much time to keep this site or software updated so excuse for any problems it may have caused. Same goes for the hundred unanswered emails.
I’ll try to fit it some time to work on the site and software whenever I can – but I can’t make any promises that I will do anything this or the next week!
At last, this was the bad news. Now to the good news. iMap 2.3 Betas are running well and lot’s of you are testing it quite harshly. Looking forward to any feedback. The new version should come next week – but because I am busy, this can change drastically! Though, since the beta is close to finish it will not take that long!
Same goes for iWebExpander. It’ll get the same “editing-methods” that the new iMap has and thus it will be better as well. Of course, testing first!
Pssst – A new design for the site is coming up as well!
So everyone! MacBookAir has just been released and I am actually thinking of getting one of them.
Now, iMap and iWebExpander are having some issues with the TimeOut error if you use .Mac.
The reason for this error is that .Mac is simply to slow. Thus, my software is not receiving any answer and so freezes. I’ve recommended to use a faster Internet Connection – but still, people get this error. I am also tired of answer a zillion mails about this. So – I will fix it once and for all.
I have had an update ready for quite a while – but I am planning to make a better fix. This fix will get rid of this error for 100%! So bear with me. I am planning to release the updates next week.
No need to worry!
Update: It’s solved! Updates will be sent out next week.
So again, again and again it is time for the most crazy event for all Mac lovers. The Macworld 2008 is clearly one of the most hyped event ’cause most secrets from the holidays get true… Well sometimes
So this time everyone is hoping for the brand-new a MacBook which is supposed to be ultra-flat. iPhone SDK and lot’s of other things…
If you are one of those people who just cannot wait to watch the Keynote that Steve Jobs gives, then you can join the Live Coverage from Macrumors with images! All real great, so get the hell over there at 9:00 PST (So, in San Francisco)!
