iMap - Creating Sitemaps for iWeb

iMap needs to be updated quite often cause Google changes it’s Sitemap requirements and Apple keeps adding new gates stopping us to make sitemaps. So, lot’s of new versions going to come up here! So if your interested in the past, then read this:

  • iMap 2.4 - Nasty bug corrected with the end tag for the Meta-Tags not being added.
  • iMap 2.3 - Fixed issue with the Meta-Tags causing a timeout error. Added a preference window as well as the snippets function.
  • iMap 2.2 - Double Sitename problem in the sitemaps has been solved. Other bugs as well. Last update for 2007 - at least I hope so. :-D
  • iMap 2.1 - Fixed some problems in the sitemap creation. iMap has also been localized into German and Dutch.
  • iMap 2.0 - Added new features, including the Meta-Tags, Robots.txt files and Verification file creation. The stupid symbol problem in the URL’s has finally been resolved.
  • iMap 1.3 - Sitemaps had wrong namespaces version. Solved the problem with the previous iMap version.
  • iMap 1.2 - Fixed problems in the sitemap creation.
  • iMap 1.1 - Add Ping Google Feature.
  • iMap 1.0 - Went out of Beta and into the hands of the world.
